Job Description
The role will be hands on, and the client is looking for the individual to implement strategy as well as being proactive in the role. You will have the proven ability to work in a dynamic group environment ideally with a background in an industrial sector with a focus on technology or automation space. The ideal candidate will have key experience working in a multi-territory organisation and will have experience leading an international team.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the need to establish a Regional AMEA marketing function, design the team structure and propose the hiring plans to the Senior Leadership team.
- Implement marketing scope and strategy for the AMEA market, understanding individual markets and needs, whilst understanding competitors and new technology trends.
- Establish product line strategy and understand different market opportunities through detailed product road mapping and review of financial targets.
- Drive marketing communications to enhance the brand, drive campaigns, and manage trade shows and events.
- Partner with entities internally and externally to grow and formalise growth business and new product plans.
